Holiday Shipping Deadlines
Shipping options for purchases made through the online store for The Golf Shop at Torrey Pines is limited to USPS Priority Mail and USPS Ground Advantage shipping services. All other shipping options must be made in advance by phone. Please call the golf shop at (800) 985-4653 extension 2330 to inquire about special handling/shipping arrangements. Customer service for the online store is available by phone Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM (PST), except on major holidays.
Special note about choosing Priority Mail service. If you choose Priority Mail at checkout from the online store, your order will be [Note 1] delivered faster by the carrier. All orders, no matter which carrier service is chosen at checkout, will be processed (handled) by our staff on a "first-in first-out basis". In other words, choosing Priority Mail service does not mean an order will move faster through our order fulfillment process.
Please note that online orders are processed for shipping Monday through Friday at our retail store located at the Torrey Pines golf course in San Diego. Please factor order processing time in as you look over the Postal Service deadlines shown below. Items that are not currently in stock when the order is processed may be delayed up to 15 working days before shipping. You will be contacted by phone and/or email to make substitutions in color, style, or brand to avoid a delay that may push your item's arrival beyond Dec. 25.
Also note that the Golf Shop at Torrey Pines offers a "gift prepping" service that includes a personalized notecard (see details here) but a "gift wrapping" service is not offered.
The United States Postal Service recommends the following mailing and shipping deadlines for expected delivery by Dec. 25 to Air/Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office/Diplomatic Post Office and domestic addresses. [Note 2]
